The trial investigates whether a form of radiotherapy called ‘stereotactic body radiotherapy’ – or ‘Radioablation’ – could have a significant impact on patients’ rate of relapse. It challenges the standard form of care today for Stage IV cancer patients and will potentially give them another lifeline in their treatment.

The trial began in November 2016 and will run across 245 participants, with a proposed end date of October 2024.
